Laissez-vous guider par son utilisation de couleurs éclatantes\, son trait vif\, mais aussi par sa musique. \nLa linogravure\, c’est quoi? C’est une technique où l’on grave des motifs sur une plaque de linoléum pour ensuite les recouvrir d’encre et les estamper sur du papier ou sur un autre support. Ça permet donc de reproduire un même motif\, sans avoir à le dessiner à chaque fois. \nPetits et grands sont les bienvenus. Divisé sous forme de stations\, le parcours se réalise de façon libre et autonome\, mais peut également être supervisé par un guide si nécessaire. \nTout le matériel requis à la réalisation de l’activité est fourni. Cette exposition unique au Québec invite des artistes amateurs et professionnels issus de toutes les disciplines artistiques à partager leurs créations les plus intimes : leurs carnets d’artistes. \nLe carnet d’artiste peut-être composé d’esquisses\, des traces du développement d’œuvres à venir\, ou de réflexions intimes. Sans attentes du public et dans le seul but de créer pour lui-même\, l’artiste pose son identité dans cet outil de travail. Les visiteurs ressentent alors une grande proximité\, comme si ils avaient accès à un journal intime. \nLa BICA ne s’intéresse pas au produit fini\, c’est à travers son carnet rempli d’esquisses que l’artiste transmet sa pensée la plus pure au visiteur. Par cette exposition collective\, nous souhaitons : Démystifier le processus préparatoire à la création et offrir une proximité unique entre le public et l’artiste. \nCe projet s’inscrit dans la mission de notre Société de démocratiser et surtout de rendre accessible l’art à tous. Le carnet est un outil d’expression pratique pour l’artiste et souvent le crayon qui traine est suffisant pour extérioriser ses pensées. Tous le monde a ainsi accès facilement à cet outil qui\, une fois complété\, devient une œuvre à part entière\, demeure un point de départ ou présente une réflexion. \nLa Société d’art et d’histoire de Beauport\, avec l’aide de ses partenaires\, offrira cinq (5) bourses allant jusqu’à 1 500$ aux artistes dont le carnet se démarque par sa qualité\, les techniques utilisés et son originalité. d’histoire de Beauport au cours de l’été 2024. Un projet alimenté par des aînés qui ont bien voulu partager des objets qui leur sont chers. L’exposition se veut aussi intergénérationnelle en donnant aux plus jeunes un aperçu\, en objets\, de la vie d’une personne plus âgée. \nEn collaboration avec la médiatrice culturelle Laurie-Anne Lacombe\, des aînés de l’arrondissement Beauport ont participé au projet en constituant une valise remplie d’objets qui leurs sont significatifs et qui représentent les grandes étapes de leurs vies. À travers les rencontres qui ont mené à la création de l’exposition\, ils ont revisité leurs souvenirs\, découvert les récits des autres\, et appris à mettre en valeur leur propre histoire. \nC’est donc le fruit de leur travail qui vous est présenté.\n\nÀ chaque être sa valise: c’est un voyage marqué d’objets marquants. Vous aurez l’occasion de construire votre médium de toute pièce ou encore d’amener du matériel déjà existant\, mais de venir poursuivre votre travail dans l’ambiance chaleureuse de la maison patrimoniale. \nLe but est de vous inspirer des nombreux carnets présentés lors de la 3e édition de la BICA et de créer votre propre support pour vos œuvres. \nPendant l’atelier\, vous serez amené à : \n\nVisiter l’exposition de la BICA\nCréer le support pour votre carnet (reliure\, etc.)\nAmener vos propres créations et les rassembler dans un même et unique carnet d’artiste\n\nOU \n\nDébuter la création d’œuvres pour les intégrer à celui-ci (matériel de linogravure\, de peinture et de dessin disponible sur place)\n\nDu matériel de base sera fourni (colle\, morceaux de bois\, peinture\, papier\, crayons\, etc.) \n*Atelier libre \n*Activité gratuite \nVeuillez prendre note que nos horaires ont changé suite à un manque de bénévoles.
